How long does it take ?

Depending on job, weddings can take up to 5-7 working days, for smaller jobs 1-3 days, however if you need a job turned around quickly we will do our best to accommodate you.

How many images can I send?

There is no limit on the amount of images than can be sent and we charge per image.

How do payments work?

We work on a job to job basis there is no monthly subscription & we are happy to do batch & individual images for you so you can checkout when you are ready.

What if I need airbrushing on certin images?

We have a labaling system that allows you to mark images you would like us to pay particular attention to.

What kind of photoshop work do you do?

We have an extensive knowledge & experience in this department and can do whatever it is you need from airbrushing, intricate photoshopping to background replacements it's very rare that we are unable to accommodate a photoshopping request.

Can you do culling for shoots?

Yes we do provide this service for weddings & portraits, commercial work can be more selective we are open to it but it is not recommended.

How do the online galleries work?

We provide beautiful templates to showcase your images to your client, we can add slideshows of selected shots to music, download gallery links and full gallery viewing.

Can my galleries link to my website?

Yes we can add a login section to your current site allowing access to the galleries.

Can my galleries match my website?

We can design a gallery for you so it will match your website or a particular theme or style you would like.

How do I send large volume high res images?

We have a dedicated online unlimited highly secure VPN server for fast & safe image transfer.

What files do you work with?

In terms of grading & colour correction raw format files will always give the best results for you but we are happy to work on any file type for grading and retouching.

Are my images safe and secure?

All our work is done in-house in Dublin, Ireland, we do not out-sourse any work to 3rd party companies we are 100% compliant with GDPR and our server works on a VPN meaning we dont share with other businesses guaranteeing you the highest level of online security and speed transfer, we are also happy to use other means of transfer at out clients wishes like we-transfer, dropbox etc.
